Ocean Fish was founded in 1989 and throughout our family and trading history, business ethics and integrity have always been the milestone of our company and our work.

Our business insures that we abide by the following principles:

Reputable business practices must be applied within all our operations.

Compliance with national and international laws and regulations is required as a minimum standard within our business such as Compliance with International labour standards and National legislation.  Employment is freely chosen and freedom of association and the right to collective bargaining are respected.

We provide a safe and hygienic working environment bearing in mind the prevailing knowledge of the industry and of any specific hazards.  Health and Safety of our workers is at the forefront of our actions.

Conflicts of interest must be declared and appropriate arrangements made to ensure an ethical code of practice is maintained.

Improper payments of any kind are prohibited in our environment, similarly no gift of material value which may be interpreted as a form of inducement is to be accepted or offered by Ocean Fish/Riddler employees or suppliers.

Reporting of business performance is undertaken so that senior management is fully and properly informed concerning the business’ true performance, risks and opportunities in a timely manner

Ethical issues must be dealt with in an efficient and transparent manner.

We strive to a positive contribution to a society as a whole, and we seek to influence our suppliers to operate to similar standards as ourselves.
